In the first game of the day, the Rivers Hoopers dominated the Coal City Miners of Enugu. Assistant Coach of the Senior Men National Team, Ogoh Odaudu, brought his experience to bear alongside Benjamin Ikechukwu and Victor Koko, who were members of the 2021 FIBA Afrobasket, as they dominated the team from Enugu.
The game ended 90-39, with the largest win margin of the season so far.
Camac held off the Invaders of Ekiti for their first win in the ongoing 2021 Men's Premier Basketball League, which is being held in Akure.
The Police Batons of Lagos had a memorable afternoon as they came back from a double-digit deficit to upset the Ondo Raiders.
The Raiders lost their stride in the second half, surrendering their advantage and finally losing the game by 20 points, with the Police side winning 59-39.
The final game of the day saw Kwara Falcon put on another dominant second half performance, defeating Raptors of Lagos 66-55.
On Friday in the Atlantic Conference, the Invaders will face the Lagos Islanders, followed by the Rivers Hoopers taking on Police Baton.
The unbeaten Kwara Falcons will meet the Lagos Raptors, while the Ondo Raiders will face the Lagos Raptors.
On Friday, there will be no Savannah Conference games.
