Bayo Olalenge the industrious Ekiti FA Chairman has received several praises from South West States FA Chairmen for his unrelenting efforts to bring back football activities to the state.
Before emerging the state FA Chairman, he came up with a mantra "YES WE CAN" and promise to involve every person that matters also promise not to relent on the desires to build a long lasting and sustainable football legacy for Ekiti state.
The 1st NFF Vice President, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi was present at the properly organized Novelty Match between South West Nigeria u16 Team against Ekiti State U16 team to celebrate the 55th Birthday of His Excellency Gov. Kayode Fayemi at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium,Ado - Ekiti.
In an exclusive interview with www.sportflames.com, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi confirmed that this is a well organised event to celebrate a sports loving Governor and we are not surprise with what Boyo, the state FA Chairman has achieved with football in the state.
" Boyo is a fantastic guy, and we are very happy with the work he has been doing in Ekiti, We just hope he continue to grow bigger and better because we are not surprise with his achievement and that is why the whole of Southwest is in Ekiti, All FA Chairmen are also here supporting him, looking forward to coming back to Ekiti State for more celebrations.

" I am very happy with this celebration, It is not about Ekiti State, It is about Southwest Celebration, I am very proud to be a part of the football family in Southwest and we all very happy and that is why we are all here.
Meanwhile, when ask if that is the best event he has ever seen, " No No, my event is the best in Southwest but really it was very very good event, I am glad that the Governor and his amiable wife were here to witness this kids talents, so we are hoping to support each states in Southwest as long as they support themselves internally.
" We are also working so hard to win the Zonal U15 Tournament this year, we are very proud of this boys because they are growing so fast, they are good players and very proud of them, we hope to support each state to the next level.
