Gov Okezie Ikpeazu and Ebi Egbe C.E.O Monimechelle

The contractor handling Enyimba Stadium Aba, Monimichelle Sports Facility has started the final phase of the job at the arena with the installation of the pitch.
The CEO of Monimichelle, Ebi Egbe, confirmed that his Nigerian workers have started the installation job, while the expatriates would fly into the country this weekend from Italy.
“As we speak, we have moved to site to start installation of the geo-tech pitch. We have cleared the consignment from Onne Port and ready to get the job completed,” Ebi Egbe said. This is one of the largest stadium in Nigeria an it can be compared to the Maracana Stadium in Brazil.
Ebi Egbe further said, "Enyimba stadium should be completed in four weeks, and hopefully on July 17, 2018 two days after the World Cup final should host the game against Ivorian side Williamsville FC in the CAF Confederations Cup.
"He said it is our utmost desire to see Enyimba return to their fortress when the CAF Confederations Cup resumes after the World Cup.

Egbe also commended Abia State government for its commitment to see the project realized, but also echoed that "other auxiliary work must also be put in place to ensure good facilities in Abia state, and government must also make funds available to avoid any further delay on the project. 
“Gov Ikpeazu is keen to see Enyimba back home and we would on our part do our best to see that the job is completed in a matter of weeks,” Egbe said.
Monimichelle has been getting accolades over the job it did at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa and Karkanda Stadium Katsina
