SGFC Eagles conceeded a goal  in 29th minutes of the first half thru defensive error holding down Lancaster stricker with a lock down inside the box that warranted a penalty against the team. However, pressure mounted on Lancaster as the eagles breezed into several attempts to score, missing 3 chances.

Sad way penalty was kicked against the goal post and resulted in a goal by Mohamed Kamara, 2ce attempt in 6" but official called it a loss kick per fifa ruling. Eagles calmed the tempo and regroup to pressure the defence line often and many openings began to occur. The pressure cannot hold as the eagles soared in to pace while the pipe burst inside Lancaster lions den.

During the second half, intimidating midfielder Mohamed Jawara ( former Dc United U23 player) severely with poisonous moves kept his pace and enforcing spirit and skill to break the lancaster defense approach. It was this pressure mounted against lions through the duo action of Mohamed Jawara & Alex Adelabu in forward that led to breaking barrier of lions.

An assist was made by Nyakeh Kamara ( a midfielder from sierra leonian National league) made a fast run beating 2 players on the corner flank with a pull outside into the goal post while Emmanuel Oladejo a forward with free style finishing at 52nd minutes.

The home of Eagles in Maryland was filled with joy and the air was cool enough to savage all players drinking water. It was a good performance as Eagles draws near and close to clearing more players at USSF sanction. According to Paul Akinrimisi, We are still expecting USSF to clear the International Transfer Clearance  ITC for 13 more players on SGFC Eagles roaster.
