Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries FC director of football, Emmanuel Adeyemi reveals that European clubs have shown interest for their prolific winger, Sikuru Olatunbosun.
Olatunbosun the former baseball player recently stunned the football world with a sublime and superlative goal against Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Enugu Rangers on Matchday11 at Soccer Temple, Agege.
According to Adeyemi, while talks are ongoing, the club only expect a move to occur at the end of the current Nigeria Professional Football League season.
“We won’t lose Sikiru Olatunbosun to any club at this moment and if he does move, we shall be glad. Truth be said, there are offers for him," "I can confirm that we got offers from Portugal, Spain, Russia and Sweden talks are ongoing and we hope something positive works out. The bottom line is that we expect a move sometime in 2017.
The winger's flick-and-volley against the Flying Antelopes got world recognition and was also voted as CNN 's Goal of the Week among others. "MFM is a spectacular club and that goal is first of its kind in the history of the NPFL so for us at MFM, we have always work towards excellence so if I may say we have always expected such performance from the team and more will come by God’s grace and we will keep improving everyday.
