Smarting from the 1-0 loss to the Olukoya Boys, the Sky Blue Stars arrived Nnewi and had their first training session at the Ifeanyi Ubah International Stadium, Nnewi ahead of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Matchday 8 Rescheduled game against FC Ifeanyi Ubah .

The Anambra Warriors traveled for their CAF Confederation Cup but were knocked out via penalties to Al Masry of Egypt after a 1-1 draw on aggregate.

Just over the weekend, Anambra Warriors played out another disappointing draw with Abia Warriors in front of their fans at Ifeanyi Ubah International Stadium, Nnewi.

FC Ifeanyi Ubah are 18th on the log with 11points, they will go into this rescheduled fixture with all seriousness and a win for them will see them exit the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, Fatai Osho's men after a 1-0 loss to MFM FC will try their best possible to fight for a point on the road and a win for them will not be a surprise to the fans of Remo Stars FC.

This meeting will be the first between both sides in competitions of any kind and a win for either side will be seen as record.

The Sky Blue Stars will be without the club's highest goalscorer, Victor Mbaoma and safe hands, Walbe David while the Anambra Warriors have arrays of stars to pick from.

Speaking with RSFC Media, Osho says that the team shouldn't drop their heads because they haven't been winning.

"Everytime we play, we try to win but it has not been happening. We don't have to drop our heads but I believe the boys will start winning with time." Osho assured.
