The Management of FCIU expects a fierce oriental derby contest when FC Ifeanyi Ubah take on Nigerian league champions Enugu Rangers.
The Anambra Warriors entertains the Flying Antelopes at the Ifeanyi Ubah Stadium, Nnewi in a Nigeria Professional Football League clash on Sunday and they hope to improve on their performance this time around o secure the maximum 3 points at home. 
Ezenwa the goalkeeper and the Captain of the side says the encounter will be a tough one due to the existing rivalry combined with the fact that both teams will be involve in CAF football competitions next week.
“Enugu Rangers are big brand in Nigerian football and a side we respect quite well. They have proved overtime to be good side, “Of course, the rivalry has been there and the encounter is an oriental derby, it’s certain going to be tough.
“Rangers are certain to come into the match with a tinge of revenge we denied them the opportunity to win the NPFL Super four on home soil as well as the Charity Cup in Abuja.
“Again both sides will head off to their respective continental assignments after the encounter so the match is an added opportunity to test the sides resolve to excel in the African duties.

“The stake is quite high and it’s sure to serve as a tonic to push us to further excel as good performance against Rangers will greatly help us to confront the Egyptian side, Al-Masry in Caf Confederation Cup matchday 1 fixture.”
