Ubong Ekpai has linked up with Prague based Czech Fortuna liga Champions Slavia Prague after the expiration of his contract with Viktoria Plzen.
Former Nigerian U-23 speed racer has signed a 3 year contract linking up with Coach Jindřich Trpišovský, who was deteremined to have him in his squad after coaching him and witnessing his wonders at Slovan Liberec in the 2016/2017 season.
He joins Nigerian international Peter Olayinka and fellow Africans Ibrahim Traore of Ivory Coast and Abdallah Sima of Senegal at Slavia Prague who where invincibles last season.
Ekpai, 25, had numerous offers outside of Czech Republic but had is heart turned after Coach Jindřich led Slavia Prague who have won the League 3 times in row came calling with UEFA Champions League football.

The Empire as he is fondly called by his fans is determined to kick on after injuries limited him during his time at Viktoria Plzen, has is eyes set on claiming his first fortuna liga title and playing in the UEFA Champions League.
