Nigerian star Samuel Chukwueze is keen to help Villarreal CF qualify for next season’s UEFA Europa League, as his team makes it three wins in three games, getting all nine points to mount pressure on Getafe and Real Sociedad,"

The Yellow Submarine are currently placed seventh on the Spanish La Liga standings – three points behind Getafe and Real Sociedad, who are in the Europa League qualification spots.

Chukwueze is also happy with the team’s form in the league having won their last three matches against Celta Vigo, Real Mallorca and now Granada. 

La Liga matches are being played behind closed doors due to the coronavirus pandemic.

" This is just the start of the league, three months without playing, from now we are just recovering from the pandemic,” Chukwueze said on Goal.

" I think we played well, maybe next game will be much better.

The 21-year-old winger, who is one of the best young players in La Liga, has netted three goals in 29 league matches this season.

" I feel so happy, more will come. We need to look forward because we want to reach the Europa League,” he added.

" That is our dream and target, if we keep on playing like this we will reach the Europa.”

Chukwueze and his Villarreal teammates made it 2 victories in 2 games, after overcoming Mallorca on Tuesday, where Chukwueze was King of the Pitch and Granada on Friday, he was a 65th mins substitute.
