Group Stage Matches in Profemateur7 in Lagos
Ayisat Yusuf Ladies defeated Okobi Ladies 4-2 to book their spot in the final of the second Profemateur7 at the Emmanuel Primary School Field in Ojota, Lagos.

It was an exciting match as both teams lived up to expectations, in terms of showcasing great soccer skills and techniques, however, Yusuf Ladies won at the end of the day.
.
They took the lead through Sunshine Queens player Zirike Elizabeth who nodded home from Patricia Innocent's pull out from the right hand flank.
.
Their lead was extended when another Sunshine Queens star Innocent fired in from a distance, which stunned Okobi Ladies' goalkeeper Ajara Sulaimon.
.
It became a one-side affair when Opeyori Foluke hit the net for her fifth goal of the event and thereafter Innocent grabbed her brace before the break.
.
In the second half, Okobi Ladies regrouped and put in a good-spirited fight to reduce the deficit through Opeyemi Rasaq and Sunshine Queens playmaker Aina Oyelade.

However, Yusuf Ladies stood their grounds and held on to the convincing victory after a nervy second 45 minutes display.
.
It was a different ball game in the other semifinal between Oparanozie Ladies and Ordega Ladies, which was decided on penalties after a 0-0 draw on regular time.

An exciting encounter, as fans and lovers of women's football were held spellbound by the two teams who gave it their best shots as far as the final berth was concerned.

Led by Shola Oduwale, Glory Akpowonena and Ruth Sunday of Confluence Queens (main actors), Ordega Ladies showed that football is not won by the numbers, rather, it is won by the team's indepth strength and abilities.
.
Goalkeeper James Loveth of Ordega Ladies was at her best. She made some fine saves to deny the trio of Saiki Oluwayemisi, Aderemi Mary and Ashalejo Mariam during the course of the game.
.
At the other end, Oduwale Shola had a clear-cut opportunity for Ordega Ladies, after beating her marker in the 18-yard box and took a shot which hit the woodwork to the amazement of the spectators.
.
However, both sides failed to break the deadlock after displaying beautiful football skills and so the match was concluded on penalties which Oparanozie Ladies won 2-1 to set up a mouthwatering clash against Ayisat Yusuf Ladies.
.
The final match comes up on Saturday, the 4th of November at the same venue by 2pm.
