Olukoya Boys Celebrating a Victory
Mountain of Fire Miracles Ministries (MFM) FC also known as Olukoya Boys confirmed to us that the side's title chase is still intact despite a poor away record in the second term of the on-going top-flight.
The Olukoya Boys went down 1-3 to former champions Kano Pillars in the top-flight matchday 25 clash in Kano, bringing to three such losses on the road so far in the second term.
The technical department said his side are mindful of the impact of away wins on their title chase and will do the needful to reverse the poor away performance.
“We are certain to get something positive in our next away match at Rivers United, at least, to end the poor away run so far in the second term.
“We know we need away points as well as home wins to be able to achieve our season’s goal of lifting the league title.
“We have retouched our programme towards it but first we want to successfully see off our double home matches against Sunshine Stars and (ABS) FC.
“Victories in the two matches will strengthen our hands to challenge for the summit and further boost our morale for the away match at Rivers United.
“I can tell you right away that there is no cause for alarm, our title campaign is still on course.

“Of course, the league title race is still wide open. We will continue to work hard to ensure the dream becomes a reality.
“Sure, we want to make it a double against Sunshine Stars on Wednesday to inch ourselves closer to the summit.
Understandably, Sunshine Stars will come out tough to seek revenge but we will not allow them the luxury,” said MFM FC strongman to supersport.com.
The Lagos landlords are third on the 20-team top-flight log on 40 points, five behind league
