SGFC Eagles will hope to right the wrong, when they played probably their worst game in the American Soccer League this season on May 20, 2017 against League leaders Philadelphia Fury. SGFC Eagles lost 5 - 1 that day but that result, more than anything else, flattered and gave the boys from Maryland as only a shocking result and disbelief.
SGFC Eagles side are high on confidence after putting up excellent performance recently putting their back - to - back victories, with a crucial 3 - 0 win against Mass United and 7 - 2 against New Hampshire Bobcats. A win for the Eagles will see them close the gap on Fury who are currently on 24 points from 8 games and SGFC on 19 points from 8 games.
