Football has evolved over the years with emphasis on Grassroots development. In an interactive and educative session with Elder Kunbi Titiloye via WhatsApp Forum Let’s Gist Nigerian Football, he outlined and enumerate the secret and ingredients of his success, role of the League Management Company (LMC) and many more.

The former Chief Executive of Kwara Football Academy (KFA) who is very vast in administrative structures and organisations, also partners to foreign clubs like Dinamo Zagreb, Rijeka, Sporting Charleroi, explicitly broke it down in a lame man form how he has been able to achieve good financial policies for all football set up he has worked with in the past and present.

The Chairman of Kwara United also speaks on how he has been able to set a refined polices and structures as regards the players welfare in the team Kwara United football club.

Kwara United is one of the NPFL teams that has good players welfare policies and structure, the philosophy of the club is using youngsters and hope other clubs in Nigeria will start grooming and using youngsters for the development of football in Nigeria.

When we started at the NNL we already gotten offers from Belgium for six of our players but when we found ourselves in the NPFL we had to hold on and let these boys gather premier league experience and help Kwara United prosecute the NPFL games.

The move will still happen eventually because if you invest in youth it will payoff at the end of the day.

Kwara United is not interested in selling players into club sides in Nigeria, we intend to groom players and take them abroad so that they will make names for themselves, come back home and help our country Nigeria.

" The success of these youngsters is also our own success, the success of the country and the success of Nigerian Made football,
youngsters can take you far, you can coach them, train them and retrain them, you can also advice them so that when they attain football maturity, they will become better person for their own self, family and the society at large".

He concluded saying, " As soon as Covid19 pandemic is over, we tend to struggle, work hard and do everything human to ensure that we retain our status in the Nigeria Professional Football League, we would recalled that Kwara United is sitting 19th on the log before the suspension of football activities due to corona virus outbreak.

The soft spoken Chairman was part of those who discovered and nurtured the likes of Emmanuel Dennis, Dele Alampasu, David Okereke, Monday Samuel, Barnabas Imenger and many others in the football circle.
