Olusegun Olakunle completed his brace in the 86th minute and Charles Etim’s curly shot outside the box sailed into the net to make it goal number 4 for the Golden Eaglets on added minutes.
The Eaglets will play a third warm-up game against Japan as the big kick-off approaches.
Twenty - Four players are currently in Brazil and Four of them will be dropped for coach Manu Garba to come up with his final squad of 21 for the World Cup.
The U17 World Cup begins on October 26 with Nigeria facing Hungary.
