Stephen Odey Signs The Dotted Lines For Belgian Side KRC Genk

Belgian side, KRC Genk have completed the signing of Stephen Odey from Swiss club, FC Zurich on a four deal of a fee around £3.5million. 

Former FC Zurich goal poacher, Stephen Odey was spotted at Düsseldorf Airport on Wednesday travelling to agree personal terms to join Genk.

The former Mountain Of Fire Miracle Ministries (MFM) FC Forward, scored 19 goals in the 2017 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), is the third acquisition for the Belgian outfit in this transfer window.

Stephen Odey moved to FC Zurich in 2017 and won the Swiss Cup in 2018, as they competed in the 2018/2019 UEFA Europa League where he scored 2 goals before they were knocked out by Napoli in the Round of 32

Stephen Odey completed his medical with the Belgian Champions, KRC Genk on Thursday, in a deal of 3.5 million euros.

The striker netted 15 goals in 45 games for his former club, FC Zurich and will be looking forward to proving himself at the Luminus Arena, as KRC Genk set for Belgian title defense and Champions League next season.
