Ivory Coast native Henri Manhebo signed a new one year contract with SGFC Eagles Maryland that will keep him till the next season with an option of extension the team announced his capture early this week. 
The midfielder played for Roughnecks last season in USL and made his first appearance in a 1-1 draw at Oklahoma City in the Black Gold Derby. He was a starter in Tulsa's final 10 games of the season, recording his first professional goal in a 5-1 win over Real Monarchs SLC last August. Manhebo joined the Roughnecks midway through the club’s inaugural season, and quickly established himself as a key player in the midfield.

According to Coach David Irving of Roughnecks “Henri made a difference in our team when he joined us in mid-season last year. “He gave us a feisty and different look, and his play brought out more from the other players.” he is an exceptional and versatile player in midfield and any club he plays for, i am very sure he will carry the team on his shoulder.

Coach Richard Opanuga in his bid to bring a sensitize flavour of soccer has deem it fit for SGFC Eagles Maryland to secure the addition of the Ivorian midfielder who last played last season with Tulsa Roughneck Fc to fortify the team cohesiveness in the ASL struggle. Henri Manhebo is well known for his penetrative passes and ability to dribble opponents to create scoring chances, and we hope his personal attributes will be a great asset to team and help us survive every challenges in ASL "enthused Coach Richard Opanuga.
